After completing this module, participants should be able to:
• Demonstrate an awareness of the links between physical activity and each mental health condition (Depression – Anxiety disorders – Bipolar affective disorder – Schizophrenia and other psychoses – Dementia – Developmental disorders – Substance use disorders).
• Understand how physical activity and exercise are important parts of management for patients with each mental health condition.
• Recommend physical activity and exercise to patients with different mental health conditions
